Donations for the purpose of promoting Freedom, Justice and Liberty, the philosophy of Henry George, may be made to the Foundation. Conditions may be stated for the use of such donations. The Foundations Deed of Trust sets out the present terms under which it works.

The Foundations also administers the Carver Bequest and works in conjunction with the Carr Trust of NSW.
